Sandra Arnold is Head of Learning and Development at GroupM UK and responsible for developing and delivering a talent development strategy and organisational approach to essential business and professional skills, digital training, performance and people management and leadership. Sandra is a passionate advocate of the benefits of workplace learning, actively encouraging and enabling others to embrace workplace development opportunities. Sandra is also severely deaf and for almost 20 years has balanced living and working with the daily challenges that hearing loss brings, demonstrating that disability doesn’t have to be a barrier to personal/professional growth.
