Sara Williams is the HRD for Starbucks UK where she has spent over 10 years developing her career through a series of EMEA and UK focused roles for the coffee company. She has over 25 years of experience in HR and Learning and Development roles and she has a real passion for developing individuals and teams which has seen her introduce a number of coaching and development programmes across the business. She has improved employee engagement and retention across the company owned business in the last few years. Her continuing focus is around engaging with organisations to provide employment and learning opportunities to those who have a more challenging path to accessing roles in the work place.
