Sarah is a qualified internal auditor with over 20 years of experience working in compliance. As part of her role, Sarah leads the ‘Learning Leap’ compliance microlearning program for the Group. Starting with a small-scale pilot in 2020 to the current large-scale microlearning program, Sarah has used technology to tailor and streamline the assignment and delivery of eLearning to improve the learning experience for colleagues.
