Sharon co-founded #WomenInLearning, an initiative promoting women in learning and leadership, while supporting awareness of gender equity and an environment committed to a more inclusive future. In support of this initiative, she recently published the first ‘Women in Learning State of the Industry Report 2025’ (alongside Mark Gash & Dr Asegul Hulus). With a career intentionally spanning both the vendor and practitioner sides of L&D, she showcased her leadership and innovation in preparation for AI’s integration into HRTech. An award-winning practitioner, Sharon served as Head of Global Learning & Development at State Street Global Advisors and Head of Sales Academy Learning Partners at Thomson Reuters, in both roles she was an advocate for analytics-led personalized workflow learning driving business results. As an HRTech Advisor, she advances ‘Talent as a Service’ in tech recruitment and forges strategic HRTech alliances to elevate employee experience, unlock new markets, drive global brand and industry growth.
