With over 25 years of global experience spanning human capital technology, financial services, and loyalty marketing, Susie is a passionate change catalyst and trusted leader in driving transformation and innovation. As one of Degreed’s earliest clients, she has been pivotal in shaping go-to-market strategies and helping our customers and organizations tackle complex challenges with future-forward, pragmatic solutions that drive culture change at scale. Previously, Susie held many leadership roles and served as SVP of Global Learning Technology Product Management at Bank of America, where she led the enterprise-wide launch of Degreed to 300,000+ employees and advanced transformative HR initiatives. Known for her customer-first approach, Susie excels in uncovering opportunities and crafting innovative solutions to build loyalty and drive sustainable success. She holds a BA (Honours) from Queen’s University and postgraduate certifications from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
