??Tess has built her career in learning; first as a senior leader in universities and then as the co-owner of LAS, a multi-award winning digital learning innovation company and current LT Learning Organisation of the Year. Tess and her team specialise in helping organisations to achieve meaningful impact through human-centred learning design and consultancy. A regular blogger and award judge, Tess has a keen interest in psychology and the behaviours behind how people learn. She holds a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from top-ranked Warwick Business School, is a strong advocate for digital sustainability and led LAS' successful bid to become a B Corp in 2021.
