Tom’s passions for helping people be their best and using technology to unlock the potential of human capital has led him to Attensi, where he works with industry and professional services clients to help them deliver impactful, engaging and ultimately, fun training programs. Prior to joining Attensi, Tom spent 5 years at consulting firm BTS, helping organisations to better execute on their strategies. In many cases, this involved delivering effective L&D solutions such as business simulations in facilitated workshops.
