In her role as Product Manager at a major financial services firm, Trish leads the firm's Generative AI Enterprise Solutions team serving 54,000 associates and 8 million clients. Her previous experience as Director of Learning Enablement and Innovation, where she led the firm's first deployment of generative AI, provides unique insights into how generative AI is reshaping workforce dynamics.
A recognized thought leader in learning engineering and people analytics, Trish previously served as People Analytics Expert-in-Residence for the CIPD, where she co-created the CIPD People Analytics Accredited Programme. She recently contributed the "Leveraging Artificial Intelligence" chapter to the ATD Handbook for Measuring and Evaluating Training (Second Edition).
Trish is also the co-creator of SkillsTrek, an innovative AI-powered series featuring the "Learning at Lightspeed" podcast and book series. Following the SkillsWalker crew aboard the Starship Agency LnD, the series navigates the Personalized Learning Experience Universe, tackling complex L&D challenges through interstellar adventures.
