Viivi is one of the odd ones in the L&D scene; a Senior Learning Architect who has not worked a day in HR. She sees herself as a professional troublemaker whose main job is to challenge the status quo and ask; what do we really need to learn, when we can look the most up in our corporate Google? She has been brought up by many years of experience as a trainer and learning architect in retail and corporate IT at companies including Demant, Audika Group and Alfa Laval. Where business KPIs and Power BI has learnt her what it takes to establish a culture of continuous learning to drive commercial excellence. She believes there's no need to make corporate learning more complicating that it is – after all it is all about translating business needs into end-to-end learning solutions, collaboration and knowledge landscapes.
