On Tuesday 11th February, at ExCeL London, we will be running FIVE pre-conference workshops that will be open to all visitors and delegates.
The pre-event workshops are designed to be interactive and will take an in-depth look into some of the big topics affecting workplace L&D today.

* Please note that you can only select one pre-conference workshop to attend on the day and there are only 30 places available on each workshop so book soon to avoid disappointment.

Using a framework drawn from the agile methods used in software development, and adapted for L&D projects, the workshop will take you through the key facets of iterative design and tips for running your team well.
