Learning and Skills Group conference – June 8th 2010, Olympia 2, London
At the annual Learning and Skills Group conference, 400 members will gather to discuss, interact and share experiences – both good and bad – with the aim of helping us all to do our work better.
The theme for the conference is 'professional excellence' and this unique one-day event will explore some of the main themes from the Learning Technologies event in January, the monthly webinar series and online discussions on the Learning and Skills Group site.
The programme is designed to be informative and interactive and there will be over 30 speakers and facilitators and a range of sessions for delegates to go to – from auditorium presentations and round-table café sessions to workshops and small, interactive industry and special interest groups.
It will also be the chance to network and share experiences with those you have met online through the Learning and Skills Group and at Learning Technologies 2010.
Things haven't been easy in L&D recently, and at this conference you'll find a place to let off steam, to chat, and to recharge your batteries.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout and there will also be a drinks reception at the end of the day for a slightly different type of social networking!
how to attend
The Learning and Skills Group conference is free for Learning and Skills Group members by invitation only.
To attend this free event, all you need to do is reply to your invitation email with ‘ATTEND’ in the subject line and confirmation will be sent by return.
Please note that although the conference is free for Learning and Skills Group members, cancellation and non-attendance terms and conditions do apply and places will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
