David is CEO for Court Cavendish and Commercial Director for Care Management Group, where he maintains a positive hands on role. David was previously Chief Financial Officer of The Priory Group with responsibility for Finance, New Business Development, IT, Legal and Shareholder relations. David held a number of senior Board positions in private equity backed international groups in healthcare and IT services ranging in value from £30M to £200M, including both “turnarounds” and “buy and builds”. David has worked with a wide range of private equity investors including Duke Street Capital, 3i plc and Elysian Capital.
David has a Degree in Business Administration from Bath University and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 with Arthur Andersen after which he joined the corporate advisory division (M&A) of S.G. Warburg Limited (now part of UBS).
