Head of ICT Training, Houses of Parliament

Described as "an ICT Training Manager trying to change the way people think about corporate education" she is responsible for the training of several thousand people at the Houses of Parliament and in constituency offices and was the Institute of IT Training's Training Manager of the Year in 2009. She came to the Houses of Parliament from the private sector where she had considerable experience in managing and delivering training.  Denise is an experienced Training Manager and Customer Service professional, her knowledge covers a wide range of business sectors, with a career spanning Training, Consulting, Change and Executive Coaching.
