One thing’s certain. Things are not returning to where they were before the pandemic – particularly in the world of L&D. The term ‘eLearning’ was coined in 1999. It took from then to January 2020 for 50% of training to be delivered online. Within 4 months that had jumped to 100%. It wasn’t always efficient or effective, but it happened, and it stuck. As we shift to a post-pandemic world, the argument is no longer about whether to go online, but rather how to make hybrid work.
