The Designing Accessible Learning Content Programme (DALC)

The Designing Accessible Learning Content Programme (DALC)

eLaHub Hall: S3-S9 Stand: LP08

The DALC Programme takes a holistic approach that focuses on practical strategies to implement accessibility in an organisation. It teaches practitioners how to test accessibility, remediate inaccessible content, practically apply maturity models, and address tool and operational constraints.

What makes the DALC programme so unique?

  1. On demand - our programme is self-access and available on demand with continuous access to content and resources for 12 months.
  2. Expert guidance from industry leading accessibility expert Susi Miller.
  3. Strategic focus - a focus on practical strategies to implement accessibility.
  4. WCAG 2.2 accessible - demonstration of best practice.
  5. Applicable to all tools - equips learning practitioners with the knowledge and skills to create accessible content using any eLearning authoring tool.
  6. Fully supported - Practitioners are fully supported throughout their learner journey. The programme provides features such as an accessibility statement, glossaries and downloadable checklists for each of the modules.
