Final submissions

You can send your submissions to us anytime up until 16.59 BST on 30 July 2021.

The easiest way to send us your submission files is to use your unique entry URL, which will be sent to you soon after the closing date for entry registrations (30 June).  There will be a unique URL for each of your entry registrations and this will ensure that your files will be filed correctly and not be seen by anyone else. You can use the URL to upload your submission files directly from your device to our account.

If you cannot use the unique entry URL, then we will also accept submissions by email to katev@closerstillmedia.com or you can use another file sharing app. Please note that neither CloserStill not the judging panel can take responsibility for lost, corrupted or misfiled material if you use an alternative method.

If your files are large then we strongly recommend that you use your unique URL or another file sharing app, and not email, to ensure the submission is not rejected due to its file size.

We will acknowledge all submissions by email.

Please ensure you have read the full terms and conditions before making your submission. By participating in the Learning Technologies Awards, you agree to adhere to, and are bound by these terms and conditions.

Submission template

The aim of your submission is to get on the shortlist and move to the next stage of the competition. It is important to remember that our categories are very popular, and your submission could be up against as many as 60 others, so it is vital that it is as clear and concise as possible.

You must structure your submission using the template for your chosen category. All templates are specific to the category and refer to the criteria judges will consider in their deliberations. All templates can be found in the category information - just click on the SUBMISSION TEMPLATE link.

The judging panel reviews and scores all submissions according to how well they fulfil the specific points outlined in the judging criteria. Therefore, sticking to this structure and answering each point as clearly and relevantly as possible could greatly improve your chances of making the shortlist.

Submissions may be made using any software or programme but do bear in mind that judges will be reviewing submissions using a range of devices, programmes and software. It is your responsibility to ensure your submission can be easily accessed and viewed.

You should also ensure you've read our terms and conditions.
