Nurturing a Partnership Mindset
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a leading global professional accountancy body with 219,000 members and 527,000 students (including affiliates) in 179 countries.
Building and sustaining partnerships are an important part of ACCA’s work, offering the opportunity to connect with students, members, employers, and learning providers, as well as regulators and policymakers. On the global stage, connecting with strategic partnerships requires a range of skills – such as interpersonal skills and digital savvy alongside relevant product knowledge.
As a global organisation, ACCA needed a way to engage their entire workforce to master these skills through a digital learning intervention.
They created a programme that taught their employees the art of identifying and nurturing successful strategic partnerships, in an exciting, engaging and motivating way with the aim of turning thoughts into tangible and lasting actions.
In this presentation, find out how to achieve the balance between creating a learning intervention that discusses the theory of partnerships in business, while also addressing the practicalities of managing complex relationships and partnerships.
- Understand how to create a partnership-oriented mindset in employees.
- Know how to effectively train staff in the technical skills of partnership management, such as balancing stakeholder interests and identifying long-term opportunities.
