T4S2 - Experience design
How do you create engaging and sophisticated learning experiences? In this session two companies share the strategies and tools they use. The session also discusses the importance of analytics in measuring impact, and overcoming barriers to engagement such as lack of time and tackling the great issue of today: supporting learning in a hybrid working environment.
Great learning experience design in a hybrid, data-driven world
Designing learning interventions is much of the daily work of the L&D function – but that work goes well beyond the detail of designing a course. It should focus on creating experiences of any sort that people can learn from. In this session, two companies which have done this well share how they have achieved this, even in areas which are traditionally seen as structured and possibly even dull, like onboarding. How can you make onboarding an experience lasting several months? Join us and see.
On this session you’ll also hear about designing hybrid learning experiences for future leaders – a programme that is not simply about providing content for people to consume, but rather about unleashing people’s desire to learn, with sophisticated content
