Just like the digital revolution, everyone in a company must be trained and upskilled for their company to successfully transition to being sustainable.
But this is not quite a field like the others: explaining the need for transition for climatic reasons, the collapse of biodiversity and the scarcity of resources is complex and technical, and often can affect the sensitivity of employees, or even be divisive. The objective of this session is therefore to present good practices and the pitfalls to avoid when wanting to create the necessary baseline of understanding company wide.
