Since returning to passenger flying, Virgin Atlantic is capitalising on its experiences during the pandemic and forged new approaches to leadership development including a framework articulating the company’s expectations of leaders, new learning principles and approaches to fuelling performance, and an ambition to democratise coaching through its partnerships with leading digital coaching provider, CoachHub.
