This session is key for those looking to deepen their understanding of AI's role in L&D, covering data fluency, critical thinking for AI outputs, and ethical considerations. This session aims to empower attendees to use AI responsibly and effectively in workplace learning.

Ai literacy for L&D - moving beyond prompt engineering to solid understanding

As we each start and embark on our AI journey, we need to start to understand what, as learning professionals we need to consider to upskill ourselves, and our teams in L&D. We are still hearing that AI will revolutionise the way industries function and the way we support, but what do I need to do to be prepared. What does it mean to be AI literate in the context of L&D? Why is this literacy crucial for the future? What areas do we need to focus on? One thing you can be sure of: begin adept with AI in the future is about a lot more than knowing how to use ChatGPT.
