Ai literacy for L&D - moving beyond prompt engineering to solid understanding
As we each start and embark on our AI journey, we need to start to understand what, as learning professionals we need to consider to upskill ourselves, and our teams in L&D. We are still hearing that AI will revolutionise the way industries function and the way we support, but what do I need to do to be prepared. What does it mean to be AI literate in the context of L&D?
