From Disruption to Opportunity: How L&D Can Stay Relevant in an AI-Transformed World

Thursday 18 April 2024
Seminar Theatre 3

The impact of generative AI on corporate learning can already be felt. Yet, it is only in the early stages. As the speed of change increases, the shelf life of learning content will become shorter. As employees gain constant access to company knowledge through AI, there will be a shift from knowledge-based learning to skills-based. L&D teams need to adapt to these changes to remain competitive.

Having employees create learning content can be important in solving both challenges. With this approach, content creation for learning becomes significantly faster and cheaper. It is more easily maintained. Furthermore, it leads to more effective and personalized skills-based learning. Since a company's subject matter experts know how the business runs, they are the best-suited authors for creating skills-based learning materials.

In this context, AI presents challenges but also offers solutions, especially in content authoring. In our presentation, we will detail the unique opportunity L&D teams now have to address these challenges through AI and talk about the promising advancements Easygenerator is actively developing, set to further enhance L&D processes in the near future.
