In this session, Rebecca Eason and Ross Dickie explain how they worked together to develop leadership and management capability at South Western Railway. You’ll hear how the team used structured interviews, focus groups, and pre- and post- surveys to inform content-design and measure behaviour change. You’ll also discover how these insights are being used to drive continuous improvement, as the programme is scaled up in its second year.
