Culture shapes how we learn and what we learn. To create effective learning content, we need to consider the cultural preferences and expectations of our learners. By doing this, we can design training that is meaningful, engaging, and memorable. In this talk, we address how to craft learning that is culturally appropriate and appealing for different audiences, and deliver learning experiences that are truly global.
