In the session Paul Putman will describe the fundamental change in behaviours of learners across generations, focusing on how technology crafts our behaviours and now forms a critical part of how generations are defined. The session will deep dive into why historical Learning Technology is unfit for the new AI generation including its fundamental limitations and what the industry and L&D teams needs to achieve to remain relevant in the future.
