T3S2 - Learning ecosystems
Overhauling your learning ecosystem to deliver real results
Every organisation has a learning ecosystem. It might include a tightly integrated tech stack resting on a powerful learning management system (LMS) or it might be a loose collection of tools that were not designed as learning technologies in the first place. Either way, the technology is just one part of the ecosystem. The rest revolves around less tangible things such as people, content and culture, but these things and your technology have to mesh.
In this session we explore how you choose your technologies and how you make them work together. If you’re selecting a system, what is the best approach, and once you have selected it, how can you work best with your vendor to make the most of it? And in this new world where so much is possible with AI, what could you consider beyond traditional learning technologies?
- Selecting vendors – and working with them for greatest effect
- Why regular maintenance of systems – and relationships – is vital

- Working with your existing tools, systems and content
