The challenge is, as an eLearning vendor, we don’t have direct access to the learners taking our courses.
Our solution: Create a learning reinforcement chatbot app called BrainBot, and link it to the completion of our courses. By using AI and chatbot technologies, BrainBot can interact with learners in their normal workflow to meaningfully boost knowledge retention.
