Sophie Costin - Make Real

After an otherwise disastrous interview with a recruiter in 2011, I was told I should be a Learning Designer. I've never looked back. My proudest achievements are

  • Successfully designing nearly 100 courses. Two of which have been recognised with gold awards.
  • Mentoring and managing 11 junior designers to reduce attrition and improve writing quality.
  • Being recognised as the 4th most influential person ‘Helping to Shape the Future of L&D’ in this year’s Training Zone list.
