Amy Tessitore

Amy Tessitore is a long time Ed Tech professional and educator who joined Open LMS as a Client Care Analyst in 2020, before becoming the Global manager of Product Adoption and Education in 2021. In her role she leads a team responsible for delivering custom training and researching, designing, and facilitating courses through the Open LMS Academy. Additionally, she and the team help to maintain strong client relationships through regular proactive engagement activities. Prior to joining Open LMS, she spent over a decade in the academic world where she worked as an Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator and taught online humanities and science courses. Amy holds a B.S. in Environmental Affairs, a M.Ed. in Instructional Design and is currently ABD researching barriers to the adoption and implementation of Learning Analytics programs in Higher Ed.
