Anna Svitak is a Learning Advisor working for Shell. In her work, she focuses on creating a supportive environment for employees to feel empowered to develop and grow. Anna is an organizational psychologist by background and passionate about topics such as motivation, growth and curiosity. She has been selected for the 30under30 cohort of the Learning Technologies Conference 2023. Next to her work, she is a local hub catalyst for the L&D Shakers and eager to grow the local L&D community.
