As an Author, Celine has penned several books, published by Oak Tree Press, aimed at empowering individuals to heighten their self-awareness and optimise learning habits. In these books, she shares strategies rooted in neuroscience, cognitive science, and psychology, designed to help readers adopt lasting changes in their personal and professional lives. Her books, including 'Our Learning Brain' and 'Developing Learning Habits', are available on Amazon and Successstore.com. These books serve as the foundation for her transformative program, PERFORM (previously known as Skills for Growth). Through this initiative, participants are guided through her seven-step process for achieving meaningful, sustainable change, whether in their careers or personal development. The Adaptas team deliver this as an open programme, as well as in-house in client organisations.
