He has led learning teams from multiple industries (pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, oil & gas and education) to implement modern outcome-focused and AI-powered precision learning strategies. In doing so, he's successfully led the evolution of learning and development teams and empowered them to be experimental, data driven, and agile. Chara's purpose is to reimagine possibilities with learning to improve and extend life. In his current role, he leads a global team shaping the future skills of a progressive energy company, playing a part in helping the world reach net zero and'improving people's lives.
