Jade is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience gained from a career spanning over 15 years, working for some of the UK's leading businesses including over six years' experience in the EdTech space. She has extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and virtual learning environments, enabling her to provide guidance and best practice to our clients. Jade supports our clients through their onboarding journey and beyond, ensuring optimised platform uptake. She liaises closely with our platform development team to ensure client feedback in passed on and included within our development process.
