Though the practice of Skillsoft’s strategic methodologies and focus on program efficiencies, effectiveness and outcomes, he consults with customers to ensure learning programs align to organizational imperatives and business goals; verifying strategic content alignment, learner adoption through end-user experience, marketing and communication strategy planning and highlighting program success and ROI through effective value measurement.
