Michelle is on a career mission to drive cultural shift from ‘Injection Education’ traditional courses to embrace the best of digital, social and face to face workplace learning by supporting clients to create effective, efficient, enjoyable and engaging everyday learning in the workflow. Recently Michelle headed up Commercial Learning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s Learning department, supporting corporate content development such as virtual live classroom and digital programmes. It is her focus on the ‘how to’ practical solutions which prompted a move into this voluntary role.
