Mike has been working in Learning & Development for over 15 years, specialising in digital learning and platforms for 10 of those years. His passion is using technology as an enabler to connect people to make knowledge sharing and collaboration as easy and effective as possible. Mike has been leading the Customer Success team at Looop since 2020 and loves working with Learning & Development teams to help them get the best from technology to show a measurable impact on organisational performance.
