Nicki Finnigan leads the L&D strategy at SJP, transforming the approach to learning using new thinking, technology, and innovation. Nicki has introduced virtual reality and immersive content to enhance soft skills and drive better client outcomes, and in 2023 led the delivery of a bespoke learning experience platform and App that is delivering a world class learning programme for the SJP partnership and employees. The success of these has been recognised through winning a number of awards such as Gold for Digital Innovation with Learning Excellence, and Gold for L&D at Personnel Today.
