Nico Bitzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bots & People, the digital upskilling provider for automation, AI, and low-code technologies serving the world’s leading corporate brands. The mission of Bots & People is to make way for meaningful work for everyone by empowering people to get rid of repetitive tasks through process automation. Before founding Bots & People in 2020, Nico gathered many years of experience in digital transformation consulting at PwC and has extensive knowledge in areas such as AI & automation technologies, learning and development, and digital empowerment. Nico is a convinced humanist and has repeatedly proven his dedication to helping people thrive, including by working as a volunteer coach for social initiatives and impact startups.
