Pete Simpson

Pete has worked within the learning and development sector for over four decades. He’s supported large enterprise, multinational organisations and charities to transform their learning programmes through the adoption of highly engaging digital content and blended programmes. Beginning his career as a technician and lecturer at an independent technical college, he’s experienced many varied roles, all within the L&D sector – Head of Department, Sales & Marketing Director, Operations Director – and for the last 14 years as Managing Director at Amphigean. He maintains an active involvement in instructional design, has recently seen success in the attainment of CIPD qualifications and has a passion for creating engaging learning that works.
