Working in the NHS for 25 years delivering/organising the delivery of mandatory training topics to over 8000 staff across 1000 square miles of Dorset. Over the years I introduced our current learning management system to provide staff with 24/7 access to online content. I deployed the Rapidmooc Studio system in early 2020 during the pandemic and swiftly saw the need for a mobile version just as the Rapidmooc Go became available. Both systems are heavily used and various staff groups are now seeing the benefit of converting their staff training into video resources, this in turn has freed them up to deliver their clinical work.
