As a Principal Consultant on Pluralsight’s Workforce Transformation Team, Pierre has partnered with tier 1 customers to drive organisations including digital and technology service transformation, culture change, and large-scale change implementation. He has worked across multiple industry verticals including media, telecommunications, healthcare and the fintech sector. He has a background in elevating performance and talent management practices using a data-driven and human-centric approach that led him in 2021 to join Pluralsight’s mission to advance the world’s technology workforce. Pierre holds a Msc in Engineering and a professional qualification in Change Management Practitioner (APMG).
