Rob has spent 20+ years combining an engineer’s problem-solving mindset with human-centred design in the field of digital learning, innovation and change. He sees the ability to learn, unlearn and relearn as critical to our survival as a species and a major force for empowering positive change.
He was the elected Chair of the eLearning Network for two years, is a regular conference speaker across Europe, judges innovation awards and was honoured with the ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Industry’ eLearning Award in 2015. He is the founder of LAS, a multi award-winning human-centred learning, innovation and change agency. He is also the editor and co-author of the Really Useful eLearning Instruction Manual, published by Wiley and featuring contributions from the brightest and best elearning minds on both sides of the Atlantic.
