Rohit is an avid learner who loves and is always curious to experience new technologies. He is presently the Global Lead, Learning Technology for Pizza Hut at Yum! Brands. He is passionate about design and uses a data-driven approach to achieve process innovation. In the past year, he led the charge to transform and successfully implement a whole new Learning Ecosystem for Pizza Hut, creating a whole new Learning Experience for the diverse frontline workforce across the Globe. He is now working on a project to integrate the Learning Ecosystem with the operational systems to enable situation-aware training recommendations for targeted learners.
