With over 20 years experience as an L&D practitioner, Sarah is an Award-winning, Learning Consultant, Speaker and Ambassador for Learning.
Sarah won the prestigious Learning Professional of the Year, awarded by the LPI (The Learning & Performance Institute) in 2020 in recognition of her ability to create, deliver and lead a learning program which directly impacted business results. Sarah was also a finalist for the LPI "Covid Champion (Individual) Award" in 2021.
A frequent speaker at industry events, Sarah is known for driving behaviour change to enable individuals and organisations to be their best. Sarah is currently a spokesperson for Cegos and is a regular chair for Learning Technologies and a frequent contributor to the learning industry with articles and publications.
In addition to being invited to become a Fellow of the LPI, Sarah is an Associate Member of the CIPD, an SLII Accredited Trainer, a Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF), a Strengthscope Accredited Practitioner and a PRISM Brain Mapping Practitioner.
