Country Director – UK, GOODHABITZ
Stephen Humphreys is Country Director at soft skills e-learning company GoodHabitz and launched the company’s UK and Ireland operations. Passionate about making learning fun and accessible to all, GoodHabitz is known as the ‘Netflix for training’ with hundreds of in-house developed courses - everything from Communication and Presentation Skills, Navigating Fake News, Influence and Assertiveness, Sustainability, English for non-native speakers, GDPR, plus Maths and Excel Basics. Over 960 companies, including Deloitte, KLM, Fuller’s, AkzoNobel and Adecco, use GoodHabitz for soft skills training. They are drawn by the company’s unique approach to creating engaging personal development content, their dedicated learning coaches and a simple, subscription-based charging model. Users pay one annual fee for unlimited access by all employees. Prior to GoodHabitz, Stephen’s career began in the banking sector with TSB and went on to include senior leadership positions at a wide range of digital content, customer loyalty, employee engagement and Saas technology providers in the UK, US and Canada. He was a board director at incentive specialist Grass Roots and also co-founded Choose Digital, a highly successful digital content specialist for loyalty programmes, with customers including United Airlines, Coca Cola and Marriott. He co-founded fast growing employee engagement business, Projectlink Motivation that was acquired by Grass Roots in 2004.
