Tammy is Founder and Director of Taye Training, a socially focused company that delivers equitable, unforgettable and impactful workplace training nationally. Tammy has spent her career operationally and strategically championing for change and is leading a mission to help people recognise that quality, values-led training has the power to transform teams, organisations and even lives. She is an accomplished thought leader who alongside delivering frequent keynotes has delivered 2 Tedx talks; October 2023 ‘How Quality Training can Transform lives’ and December 2019 ‘Homeless to Parliament’.
Tammy is also Founder of the National Facilitator Awards, Chair of Sunderland’s Children Service, Together for Children, She served as a Lay member on the Parliamentary Committee for Standards for 6 years and is a Fellow of Westminster Abbey. Tammy has won numerous awards for her work, most recently UK Women of Innovation and commended Speaker 2023.
