Encouraging consistency and continuous development: How the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman support their colleagues, and NHS Staff to improve public services
Join Shaun France, Learning and Organisation Development Manager at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) as he delves into how they offer comprehensive training to their own colleagues, whilst supporting NHS staff with best practice complaint handling training.
Shaun will demonstrate how PHSO developed their Totara LMS to become the focal point for organisation development, and how following the creation of a single set of NHS Complaint Standards, expanded their training to offer an extended enterprise.
During the session, he will showcase how they use Totara to provide spaced learning in a variety of formats, including e-learning, live online training, workshops, and self-directed learning.
