How do we know if soft skills training actually works? Questionnaires and a wait-and-see approach are simply inadequate, however with virtual reality (VR) , we have the capability to track behaviour change as it happens during training. In this talk, Charlie Pearmund, CEO at Kiin, will present results of a study conducted in a corporate environment where behaviour change in participants was proven. He will also showcase a section of a Kiin VR experience to audience members.
