Whilst AI causes the biggest buzz in years in the L&D community and beyond, Kineo looks at why we must ensure that the human voice is not only protected but promoted. As we embrace the benefits of artificial intelligence, how can we make sure our learner - the human - is kept front and centre?
In this session we'll look at why it’s vital that learning is relatable, engaging and, above all, human. Some of the topics we’ll touch on include:
- the importance of storytelling
- harnessing behavioural science and psychology to create impact
- why using the right tone of voice matters
