T4S3 - Being smarter with tech to boost performance in a hybrid world
Many tools are overlooked by L&D because they are not labelled as ‘learning technology’. Yet, says Ross Stevenson, these are exactly the tools we should use to boost performance in the workplace, particularly as we enter the era of hybrid work. Tools such as Zoom, Slack and Teams have moved to the centre of organisational communication. This is where people are working today, and for Ross, this represents an opportunity for L&D to directly impact performance.

· Identifying the digital tools used in your own organisation
· Helping others make best use of these technologies
· Making L&D a role model of digital good practice
· Growing the skills for the hybrid workplace
